The Museum of Modern Art is looking for an Associate Editor to join its active campaign and development communications department. Responsibilities include editing and participating in copy development for bi-monthly members pocket guide, Web site, development and capital campaign materials, and other ephemera as needed. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years progressive editorial experience in a fast paced, deadline focused publishing or Web environment. Candidates with museum backgrounds or working knowledge of art history and/or visual culture preferred. Knowledge of Quark Xpress, HTML, and Microsoft Word important. Strong writing and organizational skills required. We offer a salary in the low $40''s with excellent benefits.
