Inquilinos Boricuas en Accion is pleased to announce that we have a number of job openings at the agency. Inquilinos Boricuas en Accin (IBA), a multi-service community-based provider serving primarily the Villa Victoria community in Boston's South End announces the following job opening. IBA has a social service component, a daycare program, youth programs, a community arts program, a technology initiative, and an extensive real estate portfolio. Director of Arts and Culture IBA seeks a highly motivated arts professional to head a mature Latino community arts program. The director will be responsible for planning, supervising staff and implementing programming at the Jorge Hernandez Cultural Center and the Center for Latino Arts. The individual must have 3 years management experience in an arts organization or related field and experience in developing programs to promote and preserve Puerto Rican and Latino arts.
