The Center for Art in Translation (CAT), a fast growing nonprofit literary arts organization, seeks an experienced Executive Director. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall management and development of the Center for Art in Translation, including the hiring and supervision of staff, fundraising, Board development and management, oversight of programs, legal and fiduciary compliance, marketing, and community relations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fundraising and management at a similar sized nonprofit organization, and a background in the arts, preferably in publishing, literature or education. The candidate must have a record of successful fundraising with foundations and individuals as well as a demonstrated ability to exhibit leadership with the Board, staff, community and volunteers.
