Theatr Mwldan, an established successful arts centre in rural West Wales, has recently begun construction on an exciting project to create a new multimedia centre and develop the existing theatre complex. We wish to appoint an ambitious Director to establish, lead and develop the media centre into a sustainable enterprise working within a local and global context. The successful candidate will have a wide range of skills and experience, and will demonstrate the commitment and creative, practical and entrepreneurial vision necessary to lead this innovative project into the future.
