You will contribute to developing and implementing strategies to support and promote the interests of literature in all its forms throughout Scotland, working as part of a small team. You will be responsible for a range of funding activities, including the assessment of applications for grants. You will have a good knowledge of literature in Scotland, excellent interpersonal abilities, and sound financial and budgetary skills. Knowledge of the commercial process of publishing and an appreciation of the languages of Scottish literature is preferred.
