Richmondshire Arts Development Agency in North Yorkshire has recently been formed to provide a strategic and co-ordinated approach to the diverse range of arts provision in the district. This will include initiating new arts projects, creating and maintaining sector networks, village hall touring provision, initiating and providing funding, facilitating arts training, and undertaking targeted marketing campaigns. An Administrator is required to work closely with the Creative Director to help establish and develop the agency; to administer the day-to-day operation, co-ordinate the office environment, and be responsible for specific community and professional arts projects and initiatives. This will include co-ordinating and monitoring finances and budgets, undertaking marketing projects, co-ordinating community networks, developing and maintaining databases, initiating and running public meetings and co-ordinating training. Based in Middleham, there will be some evening and weekend working.
