This is a new role with responsibility for developing and managing an integrated approach to the strategic use of financial, human and information, and communications technology resources across the organisation. The Director of Finance and Resources will be an exceptional finance professional who will ideally combine public and private sector experience (preferably with an accountancy qualification), strong financial acumen and the vision and communication skills to champion human resources and ICT as strategic tools to support NMSâs vision.
