The Louisville Visual Art Association http://www.louisvillevisualart.org-- is an active, process-oriented art center offering changing exhibits, special events, over 400 classes per year, art scholarships and community outreach. With three exhibition spaces, the Artopia studio center, an historic rental property and a downtown commercial gallery, LVAA attracts 150,000 annually with a budget of $1,320,000. The CEO/ED will serve as a key community leader and promote the LVAA locally and nationally. Leading a staff of 18 FTE, the CEO provides strategic direction, budget control, inspires teamwork, and fund-raising efforts.
