The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) has announced that its 2003 Project Development Grants are now open for public application. Project Grants are open to all arts practitioners and organisations, from a variety of disciplines. The support aims for a wide range of activities, including performance, exhibition, publications, education programs, critical reviews and archival work. For more information, visit the HKADC website.
