A selection of addresses made at the Stockholm+5, an expert meeting held from May 11-14 2003, are now available online. The expert meeting, which was a follow-up to the 1998 Intergovernmental Conference on Cultural Policies for Development, contains transcripts from sessions on the relationships between cultural policies and development, cultural diversity, the eradication of poverty, education and the information society.
