Culture North is looking to appoint an Executive Director to head its Secretariat and to lead the work of the region's Cultural Consortium. This is your opportunity to influence the ongoing development of a region-wide cultural strategy that will ensure the North East achieves its vision of being an innovative, invigorating and exciting region that is clearly recognised throughout Europe. You will work in partnership with the region's cultural agencies covering arts, sport, heritage, museums, libraries and archives, film, media and tourism and take an inclusive view of cultural activity that also encompasses the creative industries, regeneration, health, education and social cohesion.
