The Chilean Culture Minister, Jose Weinstein, met with the Chilean Actors Syndicate (SIDARTE) on August 25 to discuss the role to be played by the newly created National Council for Culture and Arts. During the meeting, they also discussed the development of theatrical activities over recent years and a new corporate building for SIDARTE set for completion by July 2004.
