Artists from India, Italy, Bulgaria, Switzerland, England and the USA are taking part in the first Peruvian International Exhibition of Contemporary Art in Arequipa, Peru. In the exhibition, organised by Target Foundation based in the Netherlands, Peru’s architecture becomes both a provocative subject and a seductive site for exploring questions of cultural identity, social boundaries, and global politics.
