The Flint Cultural Center Corp (FCCC), with an annual budget of US$10 million, operates Whiting Auditorium, Sloan Museum, Longway Planetarium,and Flint Youth Theatre, and acts as property manager for the 30-acre Flint Cultural Center campus in Flint, Michigan.
The FCCC search is about to close for a Development Director with 5-10 years experience in senior management, including proven success in planned giving, directing an annual fund, soliciting major gifts, managing special events, overseeing grant applications, and planning/implementing capital campaigns. Experience in cultural arena a plus.
This position supervises a staff of four and reports to the CEO. Must be strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and motivated, high energy leader.
