Conference papers and proceedings

The Curb Center for Art, Enterprise and Public Policy has published several conference papers and transcripts of proceedings from the Center's 2004 spring conference, Federal Regulation and the Cultural Landscape. The conference brought together scholars, arts industry leaders, and federal agency and congressional staffers to discuss the critical effects of federal rulings, regulations, and legislation on the cultural landscape of the United States. The papers and proceedings will be available for purchase in the Fall Edition of the Vanderbilt University's Journal of Entertainment Law and Practice.
