The Commonwealth Foundation is recruiting a Senior Executive Officer to contribute to the general management of the Foundation as part of the Senior Management Group, with particular responsibility for finance, human resources and administration. Do you have...? * At least four years' experience in the management of finances, human resources and administration (with an emphasis on finance) of a small to medium sized organisation. * An ability to exercise sensitivity and diplomacy in a diverse global and multi-cultural environment. * Knowledge of and exposure to fundraising practices. * Proven experience of managing staff and ability to work in teams and different environments. * Knowledge of best practice in human resource management and familiarity with UK employment law. * Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and participate in a variety of simultaneous projects. * Honesty and integrity in all dealings with people and finances with excellent interpersonal skills.
