Annual Report on Service Complaints and Funding Reviews 2002-03, 2003-04

This report addresses two areas of client satisfaction for the Arts Council. The first is the number of complaints the Council has received about services delivered by the Council and its staff. The second element of the report looks at requests for reviews of funding decisions made by the Council through its various schemes. Individuals and organisations, whether clients of the Arts Council or users of services funded by the Council, have the right to refer any complaints they have to the Office of the Ombudsman for possible investigation. This report provides an update on outstanding issues. The report covers the financial years 2002-03 and 2003-04.
