Through a leader with change management skills we are looking to introduce ground-breaking initiatives. You will realise the far-reaching change that culture and leisure services can make to a community as a whole. You will contribute to corporate initiatives including redefining Adult Education, accessing cultural and community learning, building partnerships with other agencies, raising funds and establishing new libraries. All that, and you'll be dealing with the very real issue of creating a new strong unified service. It's a given that you will be a visionary: you'll have proved it as a senior manager in a service environment, not necessarily in the public sector. You'll also have managed change, established partnerships, and delivered what you've promised.
