Art as Diplomacy: 21st Century Challenges is a summary of a panel discussion held in May 2004 at the US State Department, on the impacts of cultural exchange and how to effectively incorporate the arts and culture in current U.S. government public diplomacy efforts. The panel, sponsored by the ART in Embassies Program, the U.S. Department of State and the Centre for Arts and Culture.
