The Arts of Irish and Ulster Scots Report The Arts Council of Northern Ireland commissioned an Audit and Needs Analysis of the Arts of Irish and Ulster Scots. The final Report has now been received and, over the coming months, the Council will be presenting the findings to both the Irish language and Ulster Scots sectors, as well as to the general public. A series of consultation meetings will be organised and the Council will be contacting relevant organisations and individuals directly. Notice of these meetings will also be announced by advertisement. The Council welcomes all written responses to the Report by Friday, 15 October 2004.
