IFACCA has been invited to participate in the World Cultural Forum in São Paulo, Brazil, from 26 June to 4 July 2004. The Forum aims to provide a platform for reflecting on and discussing global issues of arts and culture and policy, and to offer new forms of international cooperation. Participants at the Forum will discuss a variety of issues of cultural policy, globalisation, cultural diversity, and arts and culture support.
