HR and Corporate Services Officer

Arts Council of Ireland wishes to recruit a HR and Corporate Services Officer to lead and manage its human resources function in line with the requirements of best HR practice in a busy and high profile public service working environment. S/he will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR policy throughout the Council and will also have responsibility for managing the Freedom of Information function and other corporate services. The successful candidate will have a relevant HRM qualification, at least three years relevant experience in human resource management and ideally be CIPD qualified. The post is graded at the equivalent of the Higher Executive Officer scale (€40,284 - €47,595 including pension).
