At its October meeting in Hanoi, Vietnam, the IFACCA board welcomed the Mongolian Art and Culture Agency as IFACCA's newest national member bringing the total to 45. The board also approved affiliate membership for the National Culture Promotions of Trinidad and Tobago and agreed that reciprocal memberships be developed with Informal European Theatre Meeting (IETM), European Forum for the Arts and Heritage (EFAH), and the Development Gateway Foundation.
