ARSIS is an art and cultural policy magazine published by the Arts Council of Finland, providing information about art promotion, the preparation of art promotion measures in the public administration, and their impact. ARSIS has a circulation of 4000 and is published quarterly: two larger theme issues and two bulletins. The first theme issue for 2004 presents new arts council members (in Finnish) and second international cooperation of the arts councils and media art (in English).
