The IFACCA board has appointed Patricia Quinn (Ireland) and Doreen Nteta (South Africa) Honorary Life Members of IFACCA. Ms Quinn and Mrs Nteta made invaluable contributions to the establishment of the Federation through their participation in the preliminary reference group and then the interim board elected at the First World Summit on the Arts and Culture in Canada in 2000.
