This seminar was hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage, Malaysia (MOCAH); the National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (FINAS) and Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC), following an Initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs- France, In cooperation with ASEF and the French Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. The main objective of this meeting, which gathered policy makers from Europe and Asia, as well as Malaysian film policy makers and professionals, was to share innovative experiences on different film industry models in Asia and Europe. The two day event was composed of 6 sessions (each session, except the introductory one, included at least 4 to 5 presentations of 10 minutes each followed by a questions and answers' session).
