As a national co-sponsor of Arts Advocacy Day (an annual event designed to give grassroots cultural advocates the opportunity to shape federal arts policy and educate members of Congress), the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies [NASAA] has released briefing papers for advocates to use with their respective members of Congress. Developed specifically for Arts Advocacy Day, the briefing papers provide background, action needed and talking points across various sectors.
