Mini-summit to discuss arts and education

IFACCA's next mini-summit, taking place in Melbourne, Australia, on 11-12 September, has attracted over 30 delegates from national arts funding agencies in 19 countries. A members-only event, the mini-summit is jointly hosted by the Australia Council, Arts Victoria and IFACCA with the support of the Victorian Arts Centre. Recognised as a lead-up event to the UNESCO Summit on Arts and Education in Lisbon, Portugal, in March 2006, the mini-summit will provide an opportunity for government agencies to share their experiences and challenges and hear presentations by Sir Ken Robinson and Professor Anne Bamford.
