IFACCA is pleased to release D'Art report number 21, Assistance to arts and culture festivals Compiled by Péter Inkei, Director of The Budapest Observatory with assistance from the IFACCA secretariat, the report summarises responses from a number of national arts funding agencies to questions about how they support and evaluate festivals. The report also contains a selection of references and resources on arts and cultural festivals.
