The School of the Arts at City University, London, is expanding its research, consultancy and teaching of leadership in cultural and creative organisations. Consequently, they are seeking a Lecturer /Senior Lecturer in Cultural Leadership for a fixed term of 18 months (possibility to extend to 2 years). Part time or job share considered. Salary is: £30,372 - £35,049 (to £39,941 for exceptional candidate). The post-holder will be involved in all aspects of this work and will also be Course Director of a pilot leadership programme for women in the cultural sector funded by the EU. Applications are invited from candidates with a record of research and teaching in leadership development (preferably in the cultural/creative sector) commensurate with stage of career and experience.
