If so this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for The New Art Exchange is undertaking a major programme of organisational development as well as constructing a landmark contemporary Black Arts facility. The receipt of one of the largest capital programme awards in the region from Arts Council England places the organisation in a unique and exciting position at the forefront of Black Arts on a local, regional and national platform. The New Art Exchange is seeking to appoint its first Chief Executive. Strategically the project will champion regional aspirations for regeneration, social inclusion, training, lifelong learning and employment through creative industries. Reporting to the Board, the role requires an executive leader with responsibility for delivering the Capital programme and developing the organisation. Working closely with the board, senior management, and strategic partners you will drive forward the organisation, especially in its commitment and performance to client and customer-focused services. The role requires an individual with commercial acumen and experience of the arts, who is able to implement change through an inclusive leadership style.
