This is a review of the Art Council of Northern Ireland's current five-year plan ('The Arts: Inspiring the Imagination, Building the Future') for the period 2001-2006. The aim of the review is to produce an assessment of the plan's impact which will help inform the development of the Arts Council's future strategic plan.
