Final Report - Training Session on Cultural Policy and Management

The Final Report of the Training Session in Cultural Policy and Management for African Portuguese Speaking Countries is now available from the Observatory of Cultural Policies in Africa.
The session was held in Madrid from 4-7 April, 2006, and realised with the participation of cultural of cultural specialists of African Portuguese Speaking Countries (Angola, Cabo Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, Sao Tomé and Principe), the session was organised by the Spanish Agency for International Co-operation (AECI) and the Observatory of Cultural Policies in Africa in co-operation with the Interarts Foundation (Barcelona), the Spanish C cultural Centres of Bata and Malabo (Equatorial Guinea) in the framework of the programme ACERCA (AECI training programme for the development of the cultural sector).
