The Arts Council of Mongolia is launching an arts education TV program, entitled My history, my culture. The program is aimed at children, and is being implemented after a successful pilot series in 2005. The show focuses on Mongolian history, culture and heritage education. It is also broadcast nationwide, and hopes to provide arts education access to a wide audience, including those who are disadvantaged. The program includes an interactive lesson related to the theme of the episode, with a famous person invited to bring an ancestral item to present on the show.
