The European Cultural Foundation, Hivos and the Open Society Institute, have created a new funding program for cultural projects in the South East of Europe. The Balkan Incentive Fund for Culture is open to artists and arts organisations in Albania, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, and Kosovo. The grants will be awarded to organisations with a track record of high-quality work within the cultural sector. Less established organisations can also apply for seed funds to improve their intiatives. The first deadline for the funding is the 1st July 2006. For more information, CLICK HERE.
