The Thundering Hooves: Maintaining the Global Competitive Edge of Edinburgh’s Festivals study was commissioned by the Scottish Arts Council in partnership with Festivals Edinburgh (formerly, the Association of Edinburgh Festivals), the City of Edinburgh Council, the Scottish Executive, EventScotland and Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh and Lothian.
