Summary: NALD is the membership body for everyone working in literature development. Funded by Arts Council England, NALD provides professional development, information and advice and are partners in several strategic projects. NALD is currently seeking a Director with vision and commitment to lead the organisation into a new phase of development. NALD needs someone with enthusiasm, excellent management skills and at least 5 years experience of the literature sector who can shape strategic development, raise the association's profile and take its work into new areas. Salary: £36,000 pro rata (3 days a week, home office-based)
