The European Cultural Foundation, ECUMEST Association, Interarts Foundation and SEE TV Exchanges held a working meeting in Barcelona in September 2006 that gathered city administrators and local cultural policy administrators from all over Europe. The proceedings and conclusions from this meeting are available in the meeting report. Also available is Colin Mercer's Towards an architecture of governance for participatory cultural policy-making, which was presented at the workshop. Later in 2007, the project partners intend to release a hands-on guidebook on participation in cultural policy. The guidebook, which will be for both practitioners and policy-makers and will have an accompanying TV documentary, will be released via the Policies for Culture website in English, French and Spanish.
