Arts Council Ireland’s new Arts and Education Committee has established its key priorities. Chaired by Arts Council member Mary Nunan, the committee will seek to promote the arts within the formal education system by focusing on: 1. Coordination of existing information and resources 2. Advocacy 3. Curriculum Implementation 4. Consolidation and support of current arts and education practice 5. Formalising frameworks and networks for arts and education.
