Chief Executive Culture Ireland is the national agency established by Government in 2005 to promote Irish arts and artists in the international arena. The board of Culture Ireland wishes to recruit a chief executive to implement its ambitious and far reaching strategy, to build the capacity of the agency and to raise its profile. This position represents an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified and committed person with a passionate interest in the arts. S/he will require the ability to lead, shape and develop this new body to play a central role in Ireland’s international cultural relations. Considerable experience of working in the cultural sector is essential. The salary scale is €80,408 - €93,493.
