The National Endowment for the Arts will expand the national Big Read program next year, adding nine new books to the Big Read library and introducing the program to Russia. "What's so powerful about literature is the way it can cross boundaries, both those within and outside of our own communities," said NEA Chairman, Dana Gioia.
