Singapore’s National Arts Council (NAC) and the Scottish Arts Council (SAC) have agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to encourage artistic development, collaboration and exchange. Broadly, the MOU aims to facilitate opportunities for artists to present their work and identify ways to enhance the strategic value of individual cultural exchange projects between Singapore and Scotland by promoting such projects in other compatible and complementary markets and destinations. In addition, both parties will encourage the provision of exchange and secondment opportunities in all art forms, as well as the development of joint programmes and studies of mutual interest.
