This is an exciting new role that will provide strategic leadership in international arts development. You will lead the development of an integrated strategy for New Zealand art and artists, and provide high quality advice to the CE, Council and Arts boards. Other key focuses for this role include the development of key international markets and identification of potential groups or individuals with international potential.

Applicants are sought with the ability to build relationships at all levels, across many sectors who have proven ability in leadership, strategy development and programme and project evaluation in the arts. You will have strong analytical skills, be politically savvy, and hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
