Your task will be to deputise for the Director, Grants for the arts. You'll have responsibility for managing a significant area of work within the Grants for the arts portfolio, helping to make the arts more accessible to more people. If you think you have experience of arts organisations, and the arts sector, combined with a strong knowledge of arts funding programmes then you may be the person we are looking for.
Articulate, not afraid to use your initiative and experienced in working within a changing environment, you should be able to demonstrate an aptitude for delivering results. You will have experience of driving up performance, re engineering business processes and drafting policy. A confident and engaging communicator, with experience of managing people, you should have the ability to inspire and involve colleagues.
