Iconic Belizean musician and Deputy Administrator/Cultural Ambassador of the National Institute of Culture & History, IFACCA's national member for Belize, died on January 19th after a stroke
Mr Palacio was laid to rest at a state funeral this afternoon in his home village of Barranco, Belize. Hundreds of Belizeans, guests and dignitaries including the Governor General and the Prime Minister of Belize traveled to this remote village in the deep south of Belize overlooking the Gulf of Honduras where Andy was born and grew up.
