The Executive Director, Resources will be responsible for the provision of high-level strategic advice to the National Council and Executive Board, across Finance, IT, HR, Property Management and Legal services. We are looking for someone who will bring fresh thinking and have the experience to drive and create a performance culture that delivers world-class support services that  underpin the high impact policies and programmes we need to execute as the development agency for arts in England.
