LabforCulture is seeking a Freelance Project Manager for its 2008 Region in focus: Adriatic Euroregion

Working closely with the content developer at LabforCulture, the Project Manager will:
Propose and elaborate an overall approach/theme for the Region in focus on the Adriatic Euroregion.
Develop a timeline and manage a schedule to meet the agreed publication dates.
Select a specific format and approach for each of the two editions of the region in focus in relation to the agreed them/overall approach. This includes selecting writers, commentators, artists, photographers and other contributors to give an overall viewpoint in the region. This approach does not need to follow the format of previous regions and focus and should provide a fresh outlook in both content and approach and maximise the interactive potential of LabforCulture.
Identify one person or organisation per country to be contracted to undertake the regional mapping.
Project manage the two editions of the Region in focus including coordinating the content input, overseeing the deliverables of the content providers and regularly updating LabforCulture on the progress of the Region in focus.
Provide content to LabforCulture in a timely fashion so that it can be edited and translated based on the agreed timeline.
Liaise with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at LabforCulture in order to provide necessary material for promotional purposes.
Contribute, where possible, to the promotional activities for the Region in focus by identifying key contacts in the six countries, in collaboration with the individuals who undertake the country mappings.
