On Monday 28 April, the students of 6 schools of the French Community presented their works in the areas of ‘performing arts, plastic arts and multimedia’ at the Théâtre royal de Mons, in the presence of Mrs Fadila Laana, Minister of Culture and Audiovisual, Mr Christian Dupont, Minister of Obligatory Teaching as well as Mr Jean-Pierre Hubin, General administrator of the General Administration of Teaching and Scientific Research.

These projects form part of the ‘Culture-School’ decree, of the 24 March 2006, relating to the implementation, promotion and strengthening of collaborations between Culture and Teaching. These projects aim to support the development of children by allowing them to understand and critique the contemporary world through a process of learning throughout their lives.
