Creative Industries Development Officer - 2 posts
Temporary post – to March 2011 (with possible extension, subject to funding)
1. Introduction
This post is for a Creative Industries Development Officer in the Creative Industries Innovation Fund Team within the Arts Development Department and reporting to the Director of Operations. The Creative Industries Innovation Fund is a £5 million, three-year funding programme aimed at supporting innovation in creative businesses across Northern Ireland.
2. Terms and Conditions
Salary Range £24,089 - £30,520 per annum pro rata
Pension Scheme The Council offers a contributory pension scheme operated through the Northern Ireland Local Government Officers Superannuation Committee.
Probationary Period The appointment will commence with a probation period of six months which may be terminated at a month’s notice by either side during the period.
Annual Leave Twenty five working days per annum. The leave year runs from
1st March to 28/29th February.
Hours of Business
Office Hours Flexi-Time
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm 8.00am to 6.30pm
Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm 8.00am to 6.00pm
(including one hour for lunch every day)
The post holder must be willing and able to work outside the Arts Council’s normal office and flexi-time hours.
Office Location The post is based at the Arts Council, 77 Malone Road, Belfast.
