Specialist Advisors 2009

SAC are seeking to appoint Specialist Advisors from 1 April 2009 to 31 March 2010, to carry out occasional evaluations of projects, performances and organisations throughout Scotland which are supported by the Scottish Arts Council.

Specialist Advisors are not employees of The Scottish Arts Council, but are contracted to provide advice and expertise on an occasional basis.

SAC need independent advisors with expertise in the following areas:

specialist art form knowledge in crafts, dance, drama, literature, music, visual arts
arts education
new media and combined arts
arts and disability
arts and health
cultural diversity
business planning and marketing
intellectual property rights
community-based or led arts programming
